I was initially told that the service would take approximately 90 minutes, so I chose to wait at the dealership. Unfortunately, the visit ended up taking about 2.5 hours, which was significantly longer than expected. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication regarding the extended wait time would have been appreciated. I was also disappointed to learn that I will need to return for an additional repair, as I had hoped all issues could be addressed during the same visit. The overall experience did not meet the level of service I have come to expect from a Lexus dealership.

Honest and professional. He noticed an issue with my tires that were rotated From an outside auto service company which specializes in tires. The issue was then corrected by the outside tire company.
