"Justin was great! I went in for what I thought was a minor tire issue, and it ended up taking longer than either of us expected. Since I was there with my daughter, I asked if it would be possible to get a loaner vehicle so I could drop her off with a babysitter. Justin quickly arranged a loaner for me, which I truly appreciated. I'm especially glad he did because it turned out my car also needed brakes.
