Jessie was courteous and very detailed in his explanation of the parts to be replaced on my windshield wipers and his description of the cause of the leak in my left driver side tire.
He also noticed a “shimmy” in the driver’s seat as it moved back and forth and had that fixed. I had forgotten about the problem.
That was great service.
And the car washers did very good work on the inside and outside!

Danecia was great, this was my most hassle-free visit ever. I barely drive but I had a feeling my car was in good shape when I came in and I had the tires rotated and balanced at Costco 2 1/2 days earlier so I knew they were good to go already and I informed the service dept of that in advance.
