I’ve been coming to your location for about 5 years now and I have never received the type of wonderful service I received while working with Pam. She was polite, kind and did not try to sell or offer me additional services I did not need. There was no wait time, she was available and waiting for me as soon as I arrive and ready to assist me, she took care of all my needs before I could even ask. I felt completely relaxed and knew she had my best interest in mind. Thank you Pam for your hard work, I appreciate you going out of your way to assist me.

I arrived at Lexus with a concern about my vehicle.
This young lady approached my window and asked if I had an appointment. Then after she wrote a time with my car to be worked on by any advisor.
After four cars that had arrived after me got attended to before me. So I continued to patiently wait as 30 minutes pass by, and no one approached me. I could see inside of area were all the service advisors sat. As I continued to wait outside by my vehicle most of all the service advisors were talking with each other, and laughing out loud while I still stood by my vehicle in the heat.
