I was completely thrilled with the experience until i got home and realized the replacement windshield was not the same as the damaged windshield. The visor strip across the top of the windshield was non-existent. I wasn’t told there was a going to be a change in design.
Lori was an excellent customer support. I don’t fault her for not realizing or pointing this out. Someone knew of the change and should have been transparent about it to maintain customer trust.

I love the service and would love to còn back in the future .
They removed my floor mat saying that it’s not a proper one .
Unfortunately, I put about 200$ to 250$ cash underneath my floor mat for emergency use and never thought anyone would remove my floor mat
After coming home , I realize that I couldn’t find my envelope with the cash . I looked inside my car and can’t find it .
I am an honest person and I trust your staffs . I think my envelope got thrown out to the trash by mistake together with the paper liner during service ???
I don’t know what to do ???
I never thought floor mat being remove during service ; therefore , I hide money there .
I don’t know how to recover my money .
Not sure if your dealer help me to find it ?
