Even though I had an appointment, I waited in line for half an hour before seeing your Service Manager, Alfred. I watched cars arriving in the line next to me go before me. Alfred did apologize saying they had gotten unusually busy. The service subsequently done on my car was satisfactory. Given that I live 30 miles from you, I’m not sure I would commit to a second service appointment.
