Alfred was very good with Customer Service, just wasn’t happy with the Technician who work on my car. As I was about to leave I notice the front left sensor was on as it there was something in front of my car. I immediately notified my advisor Alfred who took my car back into the Technician and stated “ It was because of the Calibration done after replacing the windshield” ???????????????????? Yes got in my car and drove for less than 8 mins or so and this sensor kept going off as if something was in front of my vehicle. I turned the car around back to Lexus and immediately spoke to Alfred. He took my car back to the Technician and I was given a loaner vehicle until my car was fixed. I’m sure there is a process when work has been done on all your vehicle before releasing back to the Customer? Why wasn’t this final check not done on my car?

I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that they could not get to my car done because they were so busy. I did receive a call from Cordis that evening and he apologized for the miss communication and problem that my car was not taken care of. He took full responsibility for the problem and told me my car would be ready first thing in the morning. I was called the next morning by Cordis when my car was ready. I felt better that he admitted a mistake was made and agreed that it was not good customer service. I hope that future servicing of my lexus will be better.
