Maryann was friendly and seemed to want to help. She admitted she was new and she was unable to answer my question about how points work. She asked a coworker and what he/she didnt't make sense either, so I asked for a Manager and Maryann disappeared. A second woman came over, never introduced herself, said she was taking over, and was able to explain the points process. Maryann should have joined us so she could improve her knowledge of the points process for her next customer.
