I dropped my car off at 6:15 AM for the early bird like I’ve done other times to get my car serviced. I never got any updates as to when my car was finished so I waited till after I got off work at 6:15 pm to go pick it up. They didn’t take my envelope out of the early bird box and left my car in the front all day. I had to get a loaner and come back the next day to pick it up during lunch at 11 AM. They called me at 9 saying it was ready. I go to pick it up and my paperwork isn’t ready. No one knows where my paperwork is and I’m here in my lunch trying to just get my car and go back to eat my food. They had to hand me my car with no paperwork and I wasn’t able to eat my lunch because I had no time.
