My experience with the overall communication with the dealership was disappointing. I called multiple times with no answer and no voice-mail- would keep ringing and then just disconnected. I felt I had to constantly make the calls to get updates. When I was able to leave voice-mail, I didn't receive a return call - I had to keep calling. Didn't feel as valued as I have in the past.
