Something has happened which I can’t put a finger on but you guys aren’t the same from even a year ago. I’ve bought two cars from you guys LX and GX and that’s just the start. I’ve already updated my 5 star google review with how shocked I was with such a rude staff (Cassie Thadeus). You guys aren’t going in the right direction. I’ll be writing to Lexus America about my experience today.

Well, what can I say? Listen, I have been coming to Ontario lLexus for many, many years and what I can always say Helen K. is the best. I love her professionalism and she must have an A+ rapport with her mechanics because her observation is top-tier so whatever they are instructed to do they do it at a high level… because my car always comes back to me in perfect Condition. A cookie cutter process! Plus, a $900 charge to repair a sensor that wrongly alerts me to a low tire is ludicrous! I declined to have that done. I could find some high school geek kid studying auto mechanics and have this fixed! Otherwise, pleased to have the basic service done. And your bistro waiting area is relaxing. BUT…. Get real. $900?!?!
