Mark worked with my collision company to arrange for this strange buzzing sound in my car after my car was involved in an accident. The process was seamless and I am so very happy that my car is finally fixed. Mark answered all my questions and helped with making a very confusing process less confusing. I scheduled my service appointment at 8:30am, arrived promptly at 8:10am and I let them know that I was waiting for my vehicle. It took them 3 1/2 hours to complete the service. I had to ask a team member to please check on my vehicle status and after few minutes they call me that my vehicle was ready.
