The only complaint is that it took 3.5 hours versus the 2 hour timeline. I’m grateful for Luis’s help and explanation and when he had to break off for training, he called me to let me know who would be taking over my service call. Sam was also very helpful. Very satisfied with the dealership as I called last minute and they got me in on the same day. Such a different experience from when I serviced my daughter’s VW. Never going VW again.

I have one comment to share. We can all agree that Lexus is a luxury brand. While I appreciate the automation of text and email communication regarding my service, when I am waiting for my vehicle, sitting just 20 feet from the service representative, I think that the service representative could walk over and let me know my vehicle is ready. A text is nice, but when I buy a Lexus I expect a little more personal treatment. Also, it was my first service visit to a new dealership and no one explained where to sit or what snacks/drinks were available.
