My only complaint is that for some reason the service department can never pull up my history when I check in for service appointments. I’ve been coming to Metro since I moved into the area two years ago and it has been a consistent issue. This time I had to pull up the link on my phone from my last visit proving I had recently bought tires there. Luckily I don’t delete messages from my phone!
