I was not satisfied with the work that was completed on my car nor the customer service when my car was brought out to me to take home. The employee that gave me my keys was on a personal call and didn’t even acknowledge me, he just gave me the keys and left. I didn’t even get a chance to ask about the work. I checked the front rubber seal on my windshield and it was not put on correctly as the middle part was already off and there were was an obstruction. I am use to having the Advisor walk with me to my car and show me the work that was completed at other dealerships. That was not the experience I had here at Lexus El Cajon.

I’m SO grateful for Roberto! I thought I scheduled my oil change for Monday, July 7, but I actually scheduled it for Wednesday, July 9. Roberto was not only very understanding and gracious about my scheduling mixup, but squeezed me in and made me feel like it was not gonna be an inconvenience to the service team to have one more car in that day. He also made sure I had a loaner car and stayed in constant communication with me while my car was being serviced. He was friendly and kind throughout the entire appointment.
