I have always been very pleased with the service I have received. This is my third Lexus and they have had all their services done at Lexus. The service department is honest and the cost is reasonable. I especially enjoy working with Corey. I will always drive Lexus.

Satisfied with the service but not satisfied with the lack of a warranty. I purchased the vehicle new from J M Lexus 18 months ago. The vehicle has 9200 miles. I was told that 3 of the 4 tires had a nail. When asked I was told that there was no hazard warranty. When I purchased the vehicle, I was not offered a warranty on the tires. Spent $1000 yesterday for 3 new tires. Not happy

I noticed last winter a warning came up about the collision sensor ‘ then it went away. I’m glad it is fixed, as I love this car. Service was excellent and even found a new (X) for back of the car. I am always amazed @ the efficiency of the service department.
