I was satisfied with the mechanical work done on my car. However, communication seem to be lacking this visit when I paid my car there was no directive, even though I know where to stand find my car to be brought to me. There was no customer service rep standing there telling me if my keys were in the car or what to do. I went to my car did not notice my keys had to find a representative who told me another person should have them. That customer right person said they were in the car. The keys were in the cupholder. There should’ve been someone there directing me to my car, giving me my keys. Communication and appreciation, in my humble opinion, our essential for a business to grow and thrive into today’s economy.
