Service advisor, Argenis, was very thorough, helpful, and understanding of my needs regarding the maintenance of my RX350. I appreciate he and the dealership.

Every adjustment or setting in my vehicle has been changed. The radio was blaring with foreign music. Two of my stations were changed to that style of music and one station somehow left blank. In general, the team was terrific. I’m sorry, but it seems to take only one person to negatively affect that opinion.

I wanted to share beside my experience in the service department That your service fees are outrageous very expensive and not making sense. It feels like you’re stealing money from people. I would never let Lexus service department to do any of my mechanical problems. You’re charging times 10 than the other places instead, you should be more courteous to your customers and give them good pricing so they will want to take care of their vehicles at your shop. When I bought the car, I bought an extended warranty the person that sold it to me never explained me. What is it covering? I have no idea until today. Why did I pay extra for it and when I come and ask about what it’s covering. They tell me if pieces are breaking. There is no detailed information that I ever gotten. when I came last week for the oil change service, which is the only service I do at your shop since it’s a reasonable price. The service guy was overwhelmed with so many other cars that he was taking care of that he was trying to send me off to come back on another day saying that he does not have any rental car available. I went to the rental car and I asked if they have any car available. And they said they have plenty of cars so I went back to him and then it took my car and I did the service the same day..
