The work done was great, although I don’t believe the job was completely done. Upon further discovery, I found that I need more work done so unfortunately, I’ll be heading back up there this morning to get this taken care of hopefully swiftly.

I brought my car in to replace a part that had fallen off my car. I waited 2 hrs, and the I was told that they did not have the part in stock, and would be given a loaner.
I’ve been a customer of JM Lexus for many years, and have always been happy with the service I received, until m last two visits.
I think that your initial service people are great, but your back (mechanical) service has gone downhill.
Based on the many comments that I have heard from many of the people that were in the waiting room, I think you have a real problem.
