My wife dropped off the car. We have prepaid maintenance and she even signed a paper showing there was no cost. She was charged for the service at the end. She felt like this was targeting her because she is a female. I am not sure what process needs to be reviewed so this doesn’t happen again. She liked everything else about the experience besides this situation.

Sam the advisor was great however car has scratch/scuff marks on the passenger side door. Water bottle from tech left on hood near wipers. I took pictures as it was a surprise we’ve never had issues over 10 years and 3 different SUVs.
