Isaiah checked me in saying it would take about 2 hours to complete my repair. I never heard from him again. I tracked down another guy who helped me but even he kept saying it’s about ready. After 3 hours where I had to keep asking about my car (no one offered information or took the initiative to keep me updated) my truck was brought around.

I was supposed to get a free car wash. Instead, there was a large area on the passenger door that looked like some kind of grease or oil. My wife had taken a paper towel and some hand sanitizer and wiped it off before I could take a picture of it. Someone had also went in my glove compartment. I was very unsatisfied.

The whole experience was easy, thorough, and courteous.
After the odd and rude experience I had with a different service advisor during my 5000 mile service, I was not looking forward to returning for the 10,000 service, but having DES as the service advisor made all the difference.
