Jessica was so kind, polite, and helpful. She did such a nice job of explaining the situation with our Sienna. The technician did a great job too in figuring out what was causing a grinding sound in our car.

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment at 11am and they still made me wait 45 minutes after my appointment. Slow service unapologetic acted like it was normal.This is my second vehicle I purchased from Anthony I'm done. I only go to the Bell dealership and have it serviced there. I've had good experiences previously and that's the reason why I bought my car and have it serviced at the Bell dealership. Time to take my business elsewhere

**** is great. However I found out that the driver side front strut is leaking and needs to be replaced. Still under extended warranty by time, but over on miles by only a small amount. Had the same issue last year with the front right strut after just newly buying this from a Toyota dealer and it was supposed to be “certified” but still had issues. Would really love to get this $700 fix covered

The Sokha servicing was great however him call me at 11:35 saying the car is ready to be picked up so I asked him to have the shadow pick me up from home. I’ve been waiting and wait and wait until 136. I call him no answer left a message. I’ve been calling him several times so basically I made tons of phone call between 136 and 246 and left so many Message talk to several people find I met a lady she was around two something. She basically she answer pick up this pick up the call but she’s not in service, I don’t think and she helped me out but still I don’t see the showroom. Nobody called me in finally at 3:29. I call again a service another advisor answer the phone and I told him about I’ve been waiting for a show and I told him that he had someone come to pick me up so I’ve been waiting again wait until 327. I called him again so he answered the phone this time and said well maybe the car stuck in traffic or something so I mean waiting so you know what from from 11:36 AM when the car ready I finally get to the dealership at 5 PM. Interesting isn’t it I’ll let you answer that by yourself. Should I be satisfied or I’m not satisfied.
