I was told a shuttle was available to drop me off at home and to bring me back once my vehicle was finished being worked on. I got the shuttle home and the driver told me that when my vehicle was finished, they would tell him and he would come back to get me. I understand that there are other people using the shuttle services and that it wasn’t going to be immediate that he could come get me but I got a text that my vehicle was ready at 1:49pm. When I heard nothing by 4:30pm, I scrambled to find a ride so I would be able to pick my children up from daycare by 5:00pm. Don’t offer a service you’re not going to provide.

I had a tire patched. I didn’t look at it when I left. Go out to my garage and look this morning and see a white paste all over the tire and rim. They asked me before the service started if I wanted a car wash and I said no but I thought I would at least be getting my car back as clean as I brought it in
