I was especially pleased with Barton’s handling of my vehicle needing service. He explained fully what the technicians were going to do. He was kind and polite and listened to what I had to say. The work the technicians performed was done in a timely manner. I had no additional concerns. Thank you!

I have been really disappointed with the customer service experience provided the past few visits at Lewis Toyota. Today, was going to be the last time I used Lewis for my service needs, but Ray was very kind and helped resolve some concerns. Due to my experience today, I will reconsider continuing my business. Ray did a great job. My experiences with both of the representatives named Beth have always been moderate to poor. Neither of them possess the qualities needed to properly provide a quality customer service experience.

The only issue I have is not with Steve. I filled my washer fluid up this morning before I came for my appointment. I was still charged $6.50 for topping off washer fluid. That needs to stop.
Also, my appointment was at 8:00. I left there at 10:00. I do not understand why an appointment is requested by the dealership and it takes 2 hours to get oil changed and tires rotated. That is not on Steve but is unacceptable.
