I generally work with Vanessa. She was out on the material.. The gentleman had provided the service knew that I'd like my car to be pressure, washed it and didn't have to ask for it. He did it anyways.

The alert is still there. They did not clear the issue. Also, I do not appreciate being told the maintenance now issue is valid when the window sticker and past service clearly says it is not. Basically I wasted 4 hours of my day and the issue remains
