I think that having a customer wait close to 3 hours for an oil change when that customer has an appointment is totally unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer. And the service writer was very unconcerned about the time investment by the customer.

My Advisor was not friendly at all. After the services, he just handed me my paper and said nothing at all, not have a good day or thank you or anything. I have NEVER been treated like that by anyone at Toyota before. I will be looking elsewhere to bring my vehicle for its service appointments. We chose to buy another Toyota because of how friendly everyone was in the past and Toyota of LC has always treated us great until today.

We did not receive your standard multipoint inspection report after the service so there is no record of what was checked or the status of the cars parts status. For example, no record of the brake lining thickness so it is harder to plan for future service needs.
