Very happy with mt service from Handy Toyota. They have been serviceing my vehicles for over fifty years and I am very impressed with how well they work. La asesora fue muy amable y me atendio muy bien. La situation fue al entregar el auto en la mañana, la fila de citas estuvo 27 minutos sin pasar autos y yo tenia que llegar a mi trabajo. Estuve a punto de irme y cancelar la cita. Cuando llegue al counter ya la transportacion se habia ido por lo que tuve que tomar un Uber. Cuando me llamaron para decirme que el auto estaba listo, coordine la transportacion indicando que salia del trabajo a la 1:15pm. Se que hay que esperar porque ellos tienen sus rutas pero estar de 1:15 a 3:25 esperando, creo que fue demasiado. Si habia problemas con la transportacion, me lo hubiesen informado y yo llamaba nuevamente a Uber. Es la primera vez que me sucede esto y yo llevo unos cuantos años como cliente.
