Michael did a great job as my service representative! I had some issues with my Rav after having it serviced Tuesday. He was very accommodating when I had to return Thursday and have other work done. Service advisor seemed ignorant all through conversations. Did know if new Toyotas have a different system. Didn't know what light is check oil or engine. Don't you have to go to auto mechanic school to be in the position of service advisor? I would think they would know simple things like that. Other advisors from another Toyoto here in Omaha do. Also I told him what happened and the comment that was on my dash. He looked like he saw a ghost. He shook his head and said I don't know what that would be. I didn't expect him to know but he sshouldn't he of put that on the work order so they can check into it. He also said he couldn't diagnose it! I didn't ask him to. Just wanted him to know what was wrong and pass it on. I had a real nice experience buying this vehicle from Baxter. I sure hope I get better customer service next time.
