My wife went in for the service today and gave her number after dropping off the car. The dealer called me while I was working and I didn’t answer therefore my wife waited nearly 5 hours while the car was done after 3.5 hours. Secondly she was recommended a rear brake replacement but we had the breaks replaced at a different Toyota dealership last year. It’s not clear to me if each Toyota dealership sees the servicing from other dealerships tied to our vehicle but I am doubtful that the rear break pads have worn down enough to require replacement after driving 12,000 miles… I believe the dealership purposefully tried to upsell her after having her wait an extra hour and a half because they didn’t use the phone number they took from her after she dropped off our car to tell her the service was complete… We are looking at going to a different dealership

Dropped car off at 730 didnt get touched till way later. Maybe be more.clear about drop off time and scheduled work time. I could have waited another day to get scheduled to be worked on at an earlier time so I would be stuck sitting in the lobby for almost 2 hours

I scheduled an oil change for Thursday at 3:15 pm. I brought my car in at 3:10 PM. I received the text message showing I was checked in and the status of my vehicle. I did not receive any call or notification that my car was being worked on that afternoon. I called several times and left messages and I was told that my rep was going to get back to me. He never did. I did not have a car to get to work the next morning. I had to borrow a car to get to work in Santa Monica at 3:30 in the morning. The next morning, I did not receive a call notification that my car was being worked on. I then had to call three times to get a hold of someone to then let me know what the statuses of my vehicle. I was then told that my vehicle was now going to start getting worked on. I don’t know why I would ever come back Wondries.

It took 6 hours of service and check the problem of my car. I was supposed get my car by 2pm but nobody called. I called 2x and by 6 hours then representative called me that my car is ready.
