Took 4 hrs for a service, not even sure if they really did an oil charge or just checked it. And to check on a recall that was recently issued. I understand stand the recall might need a little more time but 4 hrs. Just took way too long for the whole service

I called specifically to schedule repair for a recall. Todd was very kind and gave me an early AM appointment. I purposely included regular service. The car was at the shop by 8 and Todd called at 11:30 to say it would be 3:00 before it was ready.
Turns out (after I took an Uber home from work) it was “ready” at 1:00. However, there was no recalll repair b/c you didn’t have the part!! Who would agree to a recall repair knowing the part isn’t in the shop. Next time I’d appreciate the service dept spelling that out BEFORE the service is scheduled. I realized service has to do an inspection first, but please be ready to do the job!!
