According to the DMV, I was supposed to receive a certificate as proof of having completed the repairs for recall #24TC08. I have tried contacting the service department multiples times regarding the certificate, but nobody responds. I need the certificate to complete my vehicle registration renewal.

I am confident in the service tech. However, somewhere I got list in the processing. I dropped. The truck at 12:58, the tech did the service at 1:20, but I didn't get my truck back until after 3:00! This was a simple tire rotation and multipoint inspection. But 2 hours????

I would like to express my concern regarding the customer service I received from Samantha Goodbread. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While she maintained a polite tone on the surface, her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel undervalued as a customer.
I have always appreciated the relationship and business I have established with this dealership, and that is the primary reason I have continued to do business here. However, if it were not for that relationship, I would have seriously considered taking my business elsewhere because of this interaction.
Customer service plays a significant role in where customers choose to spend their money. As a result of this experience, I will be sharing my concerns with friends and family when discussing dealership recommendations.
I believe Samantha would benefit from additional customer service training to help improve interactions with customers. Alternatively, consideration should be given to placing her in a role with less direct customer contact if this behavior continues.
I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended—as an opportunity to improve the customer experience and maintain the strong reputation of the dealership.
