Specifically told them not to rotate my tires, even though it was included. The notes also specifically said do not rotate tires. They rotated my tires. I was told “Oh, it’ll be fine” and then proceeded to offer to put the tires back “how they were originally”.. But I had already been waiting for an hour and didn’t have time to wait around any longer, so I had to unfortunately leave it.
The price I received, on my inspection report totaled $136 and some change. I was charged $140 and some change. No explantation or forewarning given. This dealership service department used to be amazing, but it has certainly gone down hill in positive experiences.. And I have been coming here exclusively since 2020.
