Scheduled an appointment for alignment at 9am. Waited nearly 4 hours for a service that I understand takes well under an hour to complete. The explanation was that alignment was very busy, but then what is the point of scheduling an appointment time. At arrival was told it would be 2 hours which was longer than expected but then was double that.

Very unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and not even a month later I had to take it to Hyundai dealer by my residence where they told me the many issues that I needed to have serviced. Once I contacted wonderies explaining the situation and stating that the purchased vehicle should not have had these issues when vehicle was purchased. They were not helpful. Everyone I spoke with said something different , quoted different and their un willingness to help was VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNSATISFIED!!!

Scott was straightforward and realistic about the duration of service. He did not try to upsell any unnecessary services, but made me aware of upcoming maintenance costs recommended by the manufacturer - which is appreciated. Time will tell if the service was done to standard, but I think Scott did a great job.

The new electronic service recommendation confused me and I accidentally approved something that I have never have approved in years of services. David was a complete jerk about it. The fact that you try to scam people into oil and fuel lines treatments at a 95% markup is bad enough. The manager laughed and waived the fee as if it was nothing.
