Techination was gabbing with 2 other people and not being focus on my car. I watched for around 15 minutes and my service told him to finish the car. Then he never returned my keys while everyone was looking for them and finally walked up with them after waiting to leave

I was a little frustrated at the wait time between approving the filter and my car being ready. TJ explained that they brought my car out and then came back to put in the filter. I have never been anywhere that brings the car out before it's ready. TJ did explain patiently about the need to keep things flowing, and me getting a better understanding did help my frustration ease. I will say though it makes me hesitant to approve any extra service knowing it adds a significantly longer time to my wait (40 extra mins just to pop in a filter?). In the future I may decline everything for the sake of time and bring my car back for those things another time.
