Problem wasn’t fixed, code was cleared and hooked to computer and said no problem found, was throwing multiple codes so I’m confused how no fault was found, was told all the rain from last night storms must’ve set the sensor off, which is completely ridiculous, engine bay has never had any moisture from rain or when going through a car wash so I call ****, not happy at all, this is not the first time I’ve had issues and nothing was fixed, had to replace coil packs and spark plugs at own cost even though it’s under warranty because neither Toyota or Kia could properly troubleshoot misfires on multiple coils

Kenny, I wondered why it was 10 minutes before another representative came to tell me my car was ready after I received the text that it was completed. There was something greasy or sweat on the outside of my door panel under the window which I was disappointed to see. Also had to throw away the service number that was left in my car.
I did feel that the service department was very comfortable and offered wonderful refreshments/snacks????
