I was told my car would take about 2 hours and I ended up being there for 5 hours. I didn’t hear from my service representative until 3 hours in, when I reached out to him. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Tony was a great help and friendly conversation. I didn't feel rush when Tony give me option that my camry need filter changes. I answe No and Tony move on to complete what I came in for for oil changes. He a great person and great service for Tony. I had an appointment with you to get an oil change and Chris was very short with answering my questions and dogmatic about answering my questions. I dont think it was the best encounter. I was tired also so, maybe I influenced that but it still was not a good interaction.
