I stopped by without an appointment and they squeezed me in. At check in the service tech said it could take more than an hour and possibly up to two depending on how the scheduled appointments went, and wanted to make sure I was ok if that happened which I was because of being a walk in. Service took about an hour and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. Thank you.

Initially, we did not know where to go. My husband walked to where a few men gathered and asked a few questions being we had an appointment. Unfortunately they answered it, but with some attitude. This was the first time here for this and was not impressed. When we got to the stall, we were greeted by a nanbthat took our info. He handled it a little better. We went into v wait and it turned out much better with another young man going overinfo. It turned out well in the end with a young man at the desk going over the service with the bonus of a car wash. It turned out well. It just wasn't a good first impression. Thank you for checking.
