I had to take two trips just to get my oil changed cause Roger kept telling me I had long waits and he genuinely kept complaining about everything kind of seemed like he didn’t really want to do the job I didn’t feel comfortable there and had to wait 30 minutes outside in the heat waiting for my car after it was done cause I think they misplaced my car keys with my two little kids yeah it was bad

I was under the impression that the work that the other Auto store did was the problem but when I left the engine lights weren't on so it made me wonder how big a problem their work was. I'll still have it checked out but the engine lights are off so I'm feeling like the problem was resolved but you were saying that it isn't. So anyways I'm not quite sure.
