We’ve had a very hard month with family emergencies and Mariah was able to extend a military discount and ensure we could get to and from our house during the 2 hour service. We may be looking to do business elsewhere. 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is not acceptable. Neither is the lack of updates. I had to go ask what was taking so long to find out the tire rotation couldn’t be done and no one had talked to me about that. Very disappointing.

I was satisfied with the service that they did but when they gave me a price of $80+ to change out the cabin air filter and $60 to change the engine filter, when they already had it out to show me a picture of it, that is way over priced when you can get them for under $20.
