I trust Mike Busby for excellent service. However, he cannot control everything that happens in service. In the past, I have had bad experiences with the quality coming out of the technicians in the shop. Mike is a quality employee….the rest of the staff is questionable. I have even responded to customer satisfaction surveys and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THAT is a management problem.
Today’s experience was excellent. My comments are not a reflection of Mike but rather the management of Anderson Toyota.
BTW…. this is the 7th Toyota we have owned.

Nothing against anyone that I dealt with today but I called to make an appointment for my service a few days ago hoping to not be waiting as long & when I arrived at my appointment time I was told there was no appointment set. I called twice a couple of days ago the 1st time I made it for 11:30 & then shortly after I called back & asked if I could change it to 10:30 & was told no problem as long as I arrived by 3:00. That didn't make sense to me because why make an appointment if you can come anytime before 3:00? Then to find out today the guy never made either of my appointments therefore I had to wait 3 hrs because my husband wasn't available to pick me up. Yes a ride was offered but then I would have had to get a ride back to the dealer once it was ready. I don't usually make appointments so for this to happen when I actually do was frustrating.
