My vehicle was checked in at 0845 for an appointment at 0900 and I was picked up with the instructions that I would be called when the vehicle was ready. Oil change and tire rotation. At 1130 I hadn’t received a call and went to check on the vehicle. The truck had not been touched. I retrieved my keys and left. Very poor customer service. I will be driving to Beckley to L and S Toyota unfortunately.

I only worked with Kay through texts but she always responded promptly. In the service area, the guy on the end, he had a couple of piercings, I don't know his name. He was very friendly and professional! He answered all my questions, I had multiple questions. He checked to make sure a shuttle driver was available, just very helpful! The shuttle driver was professional too. He was readily available to pick me up to take me back to Evans too. I know he was busy!!
