Anthony did a great job but I feel like the technician that worked on my car cut corners. He recommended a new cabin air filter but I declined since I replaced it less than a year ago. When I got the car home, I checked on the cabin air filter and he put it in backwards and didn’t secure my hood prop into its clip causing it to fall when I opened my hood. In customer service it’s always the tiny details that make a big difference.

The techs said my engine are filter was in the red to replace immediately-I felt based on the picture that it wasn’t even in the yellow and I just breathy replaced it. Also, I told two different checkin guys I don’t need a tire rotation but they did one anyway (I just bought a set of new tires). Also, the invitation from Shelly didn’t get passed on to the checkin or checkout people.

I was not appreciative of getting on the freeway and my hood was not latched properly. I had to exit at via verde off the 57 freeway and close it. That is a major safety issue and should not have been handed over to the customer without verifying that the car is road ready. Other than that the repair was good. My braking is noticeably better and I thank you for that.
