I was asked if I wanted a car wash. I stated that I did want a car wash. My truck was not washed when I picked it up. I would have said something, but I waited 30mins to pay for my truck, I just wanted to leave. There were other vehicles being washed, so I know the car wash worked.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 p.m. to have my trucks’ routine maintenance done (oil change and tire rotation). The service rep said it would be about one and a half hour wait. I saw they were busy so that wasn’t an issue. It ended up being a three hour wait instead. I got to my appointment at 2:50 and left at 5:50. Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation is bizarre. What’s the point of making an appointment to have timely service done if it’s not being prioritized. There was no communication about the service taking longer than planned either, just watched time and my evening tick by. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for maintenance after this experience.
