Service was good, but I did let you know after my appointment that I felt like someone dropped the ball by allowing me to wait up to 45 min. Longer after my vehicle was serviced. I was not told that notification would be by text. When I finally went to inquire about the long wait, the gentleman went directly to the invoice on the rack. He said he'd been so busy. I'm sure it won't happen again, but it would be good to insure that the employee gets the vehicle to the customer asap. Actually, I was told someone would come to the lounge to notify me when car was ready. End of story. I'm over it. I like my Camry.Next time I want an all wheel drive hybrid.

I was approached by the service advisor that he needed my keys. I had given my Drone key fab with directions how to use it. I told him I have the Drone system and in the past they have never had to remove the keys from the system. He insisted so I said let me show you. He refused and said just to tell him where it was at. So I told him. Later he came back saying he couldn’t get them. I came out to find he had ripped out the Drine system so the car wouldn’t even start. I believe it got it put back properly. It was not necessary to rip it out. If he would have just let me come out I would have taken care of it. Plus I asked for my car to be washed after the service and they didn’t do it.
