I still can’t understand why it takes 4 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I’ve always had the dealership at Honda do all my service for all my previous Honda vehicles, I can wait 60-90 minutes max in the lobby and read a book or something. But considering that I had an appointment a week ahead and still had to wait this long just doesn’t make sense to me. This is my 4th and last time at this service center. Until Toyota makes good customer service great again I will not be coming back.

I set up my appointment for my 2007 Hybrid Highlander at the Pueblo dealership directly prior to leaving on a 10 hour solo trip to my 60th highschool reunion because of people like Tristan Whitaker. We always brought my Toyota there for its regular maintenance since moving to Pueblo. Not only have we trusted the service department at Pueblo Toyota but they seem to hire people who aren't just knowledgeable and personable, like Tristan, they are sincere and especially who are very good with older people. He's efficient but unlike the majority of young employees at many businesses, he's a good listener. He ends up understanding what a client needs with making them feel like they are worth the effort. Pueblo Toyota has several people like this. We realize we pay a premium price at a dealership but we are treated well and get our $$ worth.

Waited over 2 hours and had to ask about my car which was ready and told to wait another 10 minutes. 10 minutes past and had to ask again which he then take his time and work on my case. Not a very good customer service since he did not explain to me what services are being done, what is needed, and what time frame. Everything had to be asked.
