When we were leaving we noticed on our dash it still said our oil change still needs to be done. They never did the oil change only a device I had payed for. Makes me believe what other services have been missed, and if the filter was ever changed out, since they only did the one service and forgot the others

Good morning,
I was satisfied with the installation of my serpentine belt, and the general customer service that I received. However, I was a little disappointed and quite surprised that there was no safety check done on my vehicle. I thought it was a common courtesy, especially as I brought it to the dealership. Typically when I bring my car somewhere to get service even if it’s just for an oil change, they check my fluids, fuses, lights, the air pressure in my tires, etc. Thank you for your time Dianne H

I was scheduled for a routine oil change and made them aware that we were hearing a clicking noise when we turned left and right possibly a CV joint. I was basically told that I was charged $169 for them to drive my car in the parking lot and that I needed new tires. I was already aware that I needed new tires and had scheduled services for them to be replaced. When I questioned it, I was still charged $100+ after I guess a slight discount. I will never bring my car back, not even for an oil change. I felt very taken advantage of.
