Overall, the oil and filter change seems to have gone completely as planned.
There are a couple of other items I’d like to mention at this time.
- Please get together with Home Depot and the Honda dealership to fix the access road to your dealership. (pot holes).
- I think that Denise Lopez is an excellent service writer, but for some reason, she is unavailable when I booked the early 7 AM appointment.

I scheduled an appointment so I would have expected a shorter turnaround time. I was told when I checked in the wait time was 1.5 to 2 hours which is still long for an appointment scheduled a week in advance. The actual time was 3 hours and would have been longer if I had not gone to the check out desk to ask the status. Just too long of a wait for scheduled appointments.
