Never got a call back after I told him I wanted to order the parts. When I was brought back to him after making my appointment with someone else and told him he never called me he said sorry he didn’t remember. When I called to make my appointment the lady on the phone said the parts were in and confirmed my appt. Miguel also called when I dropped off my car and confirmed the parts were in. I asked how long the appointment would be when I made the appointment and the lady said a few hours. Miguel said same when I dropped off the car. However Miguel called back shortly after I dropped it off and said they didn’t have a part they needed and they would need my car over night. I asked for a manager and he said he would try to let her know I called because she was in a meeting. What? I had an event to award students with scholarships and was nearly late because of this. I’m considering just going to Honda world or something even tho I live and own my law firm here in Cerritos. This is crazy how bad the service was. Especially after I said I wanted the parts and he never called me back.

I left my car at the shop for about seven hours, costing me $50 in Uber fees. A new part was required and ordered—but the ordered part was not the correct part. I will now need to spend a vacation day morning to have the correct part installed, because I am driving long distance that very day and need cruise control, which I consider to be a safety feature.
