I’ve brought my vehicle to you for service for many years. 5 point inspections included checking break pads and now they say that’s not included; only minor surface inspection under hood. That is sad considering what is charged for the 5 point inspection

Service advisor did not hand off my service before leaving for the day. I approached the other advisors at closing time who very kindly scrambled to figure out what was going on. My car was brought up quickly, but it felt rushed and I never received a recap of the complimentary inspection that is normally done on every service I’ve had performed here. It wasn’t a bad experience, but had I not approached the service team at 6pm, what would have happened?

I waited for 2 hours for my LOF to be done. It was not completed by this time. I needed to leave and asked Rosalina to let me know when my car was ready. She sent me a text 4 hours later, but at that point I could no longer pick it up. I came back the next morning. It would have better if she had let me know earlier that they were behind schedule. When I was inconvenienced by having to come back there was no service recovery/ compensation for my time.
