I made an appt online for maintenance and called the day before to let them know I also needed a lease inspection. When I arrived for my appt, the woman who checked me in informed me my car also had a recall to have the charging adapter provided. She said there always nothing about my lease inspection but she would have it done. I let them know I was dropping my car off so I said it was fine to do the adapter and said they could have it all day to work on it. After three hours of dropping it off they called and said my car was done. I picked it up about three hours after that. My car was sitting there all day. When I checked out, I was informed all they did was provide the adapter and the lease inspection, they never even did my maintenance. Despite my car having a maintenance light, me making the appt, etc. I told them if they could get it done in 15 mins I would wait. It allegedly got done… but I doubt that I got the full 40,000 mile service. This is not the first time this has happened and I have written reviews before. My lease ends in September and I will be returning my car and I will not be a Toyota customer again. The service I have been provided is terrible from the moment I got the car.

I came in at 1040 am for oil change. Waited 2 hours then left because the oil change was yet pending. When i returned 2 hours later, i was 1st told my car was still not ready, then 5 minutes later it was. I walked over to cashier to pay and stood behind 2 other customers waiting for the young cashier to assist me. While we waited, a 2nd cashier was also there, but never offered any assistance. I made eye contact with him several times, but he said nothing, so ,i politely waited. But when a Caucasian woman came and stood next to me, he IMNEDIATELY offered assistance. I am African-American and felt my business was treated less important due to my race. This was unacceptable. If the other cashier was busy, He could have said something. But instead he ignored my daughter and I.
