I was not satisfied due to the fact I wasted valuable time if my day. Took my car to get services and switch out a small part that should be so simple and fearless. I had to return back to location because services person crack my windshield while switching my wishing wipers . Windshield got replaced days later . The lack of training or proper process need to be review .
