Thanh is by far the best service advisor I have had overseeing my Civic at lNorm Reeves Honda!!! He greets me by name, he helps me keep up with the routine maintenance as well as repairs the car needs, he keeps me up to date on the progress of the service, as if it was his own car! I have purchased four Hondas over the years, all serviced at this location. Thanh is a major part of the reason our cars last so long and our friends want to buy them when we are ready to sell them! The service was great, I am confused about when to have oils changed now. When I brought it in, I was told 10k miles until it reaches 100,000 miles. Then there was no oil on my dipstick, not good news. Then I was told every 5k miles to have oil changed. However when I picked it up, that guy told me every 3k miles as my car was burning oil. The sticker in the car says 90,000 to come back, when I left I had 86,600 about, for mileage. Can someone clarify? I’ve asked several times and the person helping me always said every 10k miles. But now my engine almost blew up with that message. Thank you, Debra F
