Phenomenal just absolutely phenomenal. Very straight forward about maintenance needed on the vehicle. Didn’t insist or push like many others I have worked with in the past. Your employees are great. However, when I picked up my vehicle from being serviced, it was making a horrible loud sound, so I looked under the hood and noticed that the opening where my air filter goes was left open. My advice to you as a service center would be to fully inspect the vehicle and make sure everything’s put back as it should be and in the proper place before closing the hood. Situations like this caused me to lose faith in the services that you provide. I don’t feel. I should have to inspect my vehicle to make sure everything is put back in place when I pick it up.
